Psychedelic Therapy & Integration
Trauma-informed psychedelic therapy for navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and longing to feel like themselves again.
A grounded, trauma‑informed space to make meaning of expanded states.Psychedelic experiences can open deep insight, emotion, and memory — and they can also leave you feeling tender, overwhelmed, or unsure how to bring what you discovered back into your daily life. Integration therapy offers a steady, non‑judgmental place to land. It’s a space to explore what surfaced, understand its meaning, and support your nervous system as you move forward.
My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in somatic therapy, EMDR‑informed processing, and parts work. Together, we slow down and gently explore the themes, emotions, and inner parts that emerged during your experience. We look at what felt meaningful, what felt confusing, and what your body is still holding. This work is never rushed. It’s collaborative, grounding, and centered on your safety and autonomy.
Many people come to integration therapy after ketamine‑assisted treatment with a medical provider, or after a personal or ceremonial experience that opened something important. You may be navigating big emotions, spiritual questions, shifts in identity, or memories that resurfaced. You may feel expanded, unsettled, or both. Whatever your experience was, you don’t have to make sense of it alone.
I offer integration therapy through online sessions for clients across California, with a focus on the Berkeley and Oakland communities. Sessions are spacious and attuned, giving you room to reflect, regulate, and integrate at a pace that feels right for your nervous system.
If you’re ready to explore your experience with support, or simply want to feel more grounded after a journey, I’d be honored to walk with you.
